Digital Products & Subscriptions Refund Policy
The Well subscription: Refunds are not eligible for The Well subscription. To discontinue service and not be charged again, cancel your service in your account at revolutionarywellness.com.
Essentially Sound digital product: Refunds are not eligible for Essentially Sound digital product.
Lifetime Immersion membership: If you feel that Lifetime Immersion is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
The request is submitted in writing within the 7-day window, and
Access to Essentially Sound and The Well has not been substantially used
Once a refund is issued, access to all Lifetime Immersion content will be revoked.
After the 7-day consideration period, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
To request a refund within the consideration window, please contact us with your name, email address used at checkout, and date of purchase.
E-books: Refunds are not eligible.
Services & Events Cancellation Policy:
24-Hour Advance Notice is Required We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for rescheduling and canceling. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and they prevent us from providing services to other clients. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Rescheduling your service or event registration may be done at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time through the confirmation email sent to you at the time of your initial booking.
Refunds through requesting to cancel a scheduled service or event registration may be done at any time by contacting us up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and are offered a coupon code equal to the value of the service cost as a credit that may be applied to any service or event offered by Revolutionary Wellness. Canceling a service within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time may result in a 50% maximum credit refund.
No-Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for that session. This amount must be paid before the next scheduled appointment. If there is credit remaining on your account (pre-paid sessions, gift certificates, etc), the full amount of that session will be removed from your account.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening.
Late Arrivals: If you are late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly, and be ready and on time.
On-Site Private Session Booking & Payment Policy
To reserve a private sound healing session or group event, full payment is required at the time of booking. This secures the date and time exclusively for your group and removes it from public availability.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a credit equal to the full value of the session, which may be applied toward any future Revolutionary Wellness service or event.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session may receive up to a 50% credit.
